Salty fish pull harder! The NC coast offers a tremendous variety of opportunities to challenge yourself. From the back creeks where puppy drum chase shrimp, to river mouths where tarpon and sharks hang out, to offshore wrecks where we find 50# bull drum, cobia, and even wahoo, whenever you want to hit the water there are always hungry mouths waiting.
Where we go and what we do depends on:
- Time of year
- Weather
- Quarry preference
- Casting experience
Double hauling is a must! If you haven't can big flies on heavy rods in a while, do yourself a favor and practice in a field for a couple weeks before the trip. You'll have a much better time and it's always better to get the rust off before a trip than during!
Up to two anglers.
Rods, flies, jokes, and fish all supplied. BYO lunch/water/etc..
Required:
- Hat
- Polarized sunglasses
Recommended:
- Sunscreen
